Animal Antics

This is Brownie; he lives in a flower shop. See that Nab on his foot? He will not eat it until his master gives the okay (or until he thinks you have waited too long to give him the go-ahead).

The argiope spider I wrote about before - mr. kenju named her Stella - still lives on my kitchen storm door. Her web has been destroyed by wind and heavy rains several times recently, but she perseveres and puts out a new web so quickly it will make your head spin too!

Do you like showers as much as this elephant seems to? What a big smile he has on his face!

I had a big smile on my face on Sunday. It was a beautiful day here, and after 4-5 days of nothing but rain, mist, fog, gloom and doom - it was much appreciated. I even did a few chores (will wonders never cease?)

What a wonderful obedient dog! I am absolutely positive our dog would neve, ever do that!!!

And a lovely spider! Our house spiders are really monsters, large and black and rather scary!

I not only enjoy a shower as much as that elephant, but I look quite a bit like that.
Love the well trained dog. Mighty is a snatch and grab fellow.

Did Mr. Kenju name the spider "Stella" or "STEL-LA!"?

That dog photo cracked me up!

No I hate showers, I'm a bath kinda person.

Stella in the shower isn't such a great combination.

I love that Mr. Kenju names that spider Stella...how cute. That's some well-trained dog if you ask me...'good boy.'

And, I love my showers; although not quite in the same way...but looks like fun.

The spider looks like an elegant Christmas decoration.

Cute dog. I want the spider to come live at my house (only in a secret spot, because the Evil Twin would smash her).

We have a sider living on the front window of our house. Unimaginative, we call it "Spidey."
The grand kids get a kick out of checking out the spider poop on the outside sill.

Is Stella as big as she seems to be? Wow - you are kind to all critters.

Sounds like a good dog :)
I am not keen on spiders at all but she seems very beautiful in a makes-my-skin-crawl kinda way, LoL!

spider = jibblies!

That elephant looks a lot like the ones on the jungle cruise in Disneyworld - is it really real?

love the header.....also I had a spider like that in my garage. I sprayed with bug spray, thinking she would bite me...well, she returned and rebuilt....so I let her be. Each morning as I walked to the car, I would brush up against the web, then bat at my hair, mad that I forgot she was there.
