I went shopping today; a dangerous thing to do when I am wanting everything I see. That happens to me about twice each year (spring and fall), when new clothing seems to call my name in a siren song I can barely resist. I did manage to stop short of spending myself into a disaster of epic proportions.....lol. It's foolish for me to shop before I have freed my fall and winter clothing from the storage closet because I can hardly remember what I already have - and sometimes end up with duplicates. But then everyone can use another pair of black slacks, can't they?

Black slacks I love but they are only great when you have black cats. My calico makes it hard to get out the door with out being abusive. "Go away."
You can never have too many trousers! (slacks to you!) Or sweaters.

About clothes shopping -- it is funny how I can shop some days and not find one thing then when I find something, I find ten somethings.
The flowers are gorgeous.
Regarding shopping: everything I want seems to have a price tag that is way too high these days. A good pair of well-fitting black pants is always worth buying! I have the hardest time with pants and I always have to lug 20 pairs into the dressing room to find sometimes none that fit well. It's a real grind!

I've never been a shopper so I can't relate there but you've always looked really put together whenever I've seen you ... so something is working !
I seem to have to do my shopping mainly by post these days and I dithered about a winter coat which was expensive and there is always the possibility of needing sleeves shortened etc. However it was reduced recently by £100 so after another dither I ordered it. Everything crossed!
You certainly can't have too many black slacks - preferable in three different sizes.
Lovely arrangements again. Looking at your flowers always give me a lift.

What glorious deep colors for fall weddings. I still think fall is one of the best times for weddings. I love the deep jeweled tones more than the spring pastels.
Oh yes, I've said that to myself many, many a time. For the record, you can never have too many pairs of grey pants either. Or beige, or brown. All very useful neutrals! Er. I do have lots of pants.
