More Halloween decor - although I have no idea how monkeys fit into it....lol....Once again, Blogger only allowed me to upload one photo. That will make it hard for me to show you the pix from our trip to the History Museum, since I took about 40 photos of the furniture exhibit. Oh, well.... We went out to dinner with friends tonight, to a new (to us) Mexican place; one with a California bent. I had a shrimp chimichanga, which was delicious. Served with mashed pintos, rice and pico de gallo, it had just the right amount of flavor and spice - and I enjoyed it very much. I took a photo, but I haven't uploaded it yet. The name of the restaurant is Cafe Capistrano, and I recommend you try it - but go early. By the time we left, it was standing room only. And now an announcement: my blog friend Jean Mac of A Mountain Too High sent an email today asking that I let everyone know that she is alive and well - but apparently her computer isn't. She will be back soon, she says, and that is good news for those of us who follow her poignant story of life with Alzheimer's. Hurry back, Jean Mac!! |

Hi Kenju, my blogger will only let me do one pic at a time now (rather than selecting a bunch at a time), but will it not let you click on Browze again to upload more pics before you insert them into your blog? it should do (mine does).

I wonder wy Blogger is so hard on you with uploading pictures...? This is NOT your month for Photo's, is it Judy.....!
That restaurant sounds wonderful....I went to the link and my sound was on so I heard this pretty music...! I nice touch!
I must visit Jean Mac. My dear brother died having developed Alzheimers in his early fifties and was lost to us for many years. Then my mother died aged 90 and within ten days Jack died also. It was as if Mum called him over.
Hay, monkeys are good.
I haven't visited Jean Mac yet but will correct that. Hope her computer regains its health soon. Thoughtful of her to let you know.
We need MIA buttons on our blogs to let people know when we are having techinical difficulties.
Over time you must have posted lots of photos. I am at 46% of capacity when I checked Blogger recently. I did delete a bunch of duplicates that I had on Picassa even so.
I don't understand either... I can load up to 4 at a time but I still use Picasa to upload. Then again, it says I have used only 26% of my free limit. You could use Picasa to make collages of several pictures and that combines them into one.
Maybe they are the flying monkeys of the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz?
I have always been limited to five pics at a time
I'm back from NC-I did not get a chance to get to Raleigh--it was a fast trip to Wilmington and the beaches.
