Albino Caterpillars, Fat Cats, A Cartoon and a Quote

I guess he's not really an albino, since he has a black face....I saw him crawling on our driveway when I returned from delivering the wedding flowers last weekend. I have never seen a big white one like this; he was hell-bent for something and really booking across the wide expanse of concrete. Maybe he wanted to get back into the soft, new, green grass that's coming up! Click all photos to enlarge.

Storm is back on my shoes again. I said to mr. kenju this morning that if she gets any wider, she's gonna' burst!!

I know how those dinosaurs feel. Were you ever left behind because you forgot something? I almost was.

Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way.

I loved the caterpiller. I bet he rolled in the coolness of the grass after that long trek.

LOL, your kitty is as big as one of my mini doxies and I too think my little Archimedes is about to pop.

I too, had to run thru an airport barefoot to get to a flight. Like you, I hope everyone forgets that choatic day :)

Love the quote from MLK, what we don't do can cause a ripple effect that could damage many people. I speak from experiance on that one.

That photo of Storm on the shoes cracked me up.

Isn't it amazing how a fat cat looks so appealing and cute? why can't I look appealing and cute when I've put on a bit of weight too?

Great quote too.

Nice post. :)

That is a fantastic photo. How close to the little guy did you have to get? I got a good laugh over your run through the Atlanta airport. We once had 10 minutes to make a connecting flight there. I still can't believe we made it.

I've never seen a White Caterpiller before. He is BEAUTIFUL! I dearly love Storm...I think it is so sweet that he sleeps on your shoes...!
Funny Cartoon, my dear, and a GREAT QUOTE!

Sweetie has taken to sleeping right where I sit on my bed. I go to the computer and he moves from his old spot next to me to just where I would be if I was still there. I LOVE Cats!

Storm is a kitty after my own... I think Willow can't get any wider when she pancakes, but then she does.

Loved your Atlanta marathon. Just think today, you would have suffered a flying tackle by security.
I'm with LL Cool Joe. How come extra weight is only appealing on animals?

I love that cartoon...yeah, I've come close to missing an important appt, and it's not a good feeling.

That quote is wonderful...Dr. King is known for some pretty great quotes.

Storm looks pretty enthralled with those shoes Judy...she's a pretty big kitty alright. And that's a very cool looking caterpiller. I'm not sure I've ever seen a totally white one before.

Storm and Mimi would be great friends....unless they had to share those shoes or a heated kitty bed. Cancun sounds really nice right now. Quite the adventure.

I was going to go back and post that cartoon on my post about mixing up my appointment day but decided it was too late. I can sure identify with the caption. :-)
