Aww, I couldn't get the signs to load but loved Everydaystranger and will go back there.
As for the sinus wash, I have seen it done, know it is effective and safe, but it just looks so darn unnatural and fear of drowning would probably keep me from it.
Yes, I know what a Neti Pot is and have something called a Nasal Wash that does the same thing. It really works.
My cousin uses a neti pot and swears by it!
My mother swears by her Neti Pot. I'll not be using one. It creeps me out.
