I'm guilty. Might as well put me behind bars in the blogger's jailhouse.
I've been cheating on you. Mercilessly. (I even laughed about it.)
Can you find it in your heart to forgive me? I hope that you will.
Since I discovered that I can play scr*bble on-line and through Fac*book, I've been spending all my time doing that instead of searching for things to post here. I have a few games going simultaneously, and when they are not moving fast enough, I've discovered that I can play a solitaire version against the computer robot that FB calls Lex. Lex is VERY good at Scra*ble! He's a more than worthy opponent for me, since I am out of practice and don't remember all the obscure words with which champions win their games.
I'm such a nut about scr*bble that I used to play MYSELF when there was no one else around. Mr. kenju has never been much of a game player, so he hasn't helped further that addiction.
When my son was a baby, we had a neighbor who was just as addicted to the game as I was. She and I would scurry about at home in the early mornings, doing our chores and when were were finished, I'd go across the street with my son in his portable bed, and we'd play Scr*bble until lunchtime. She had 5 boys; 3 of whom were under school age, so that's why I always had to go to her house. Some days, we had lunch together and extended the games through the afternoon.
Those lazy days ceased for me when we had our second child and moved to NC just a few weeks afterward. Scr*bble became a fond memory from the past for years; until my son got old enough to play. After a while, he declined to play because, as he said, I was winning too many games. I know Vicki won't believe that now, but it's true.
If you like that game as much as I do, I invite you to play a round with me! See you on FB!
Update: I just discovered Pathwords. "Oh, NO", I said, because I'll NEVER get anything else done now!

I play Scrabble through pogo.com. I usually play the robot on the computer. Sometimes I win...sometimes I don't.
I went into a room tonight with two other players, and the waiting drove me crazy.
I haven't tried Scrabble online on FB yet. I do play Word Drop. That is a one-person player.
Big surprise: I love to play Scrabble, sis!! LOL
My son beats me every time we play.
I love word games too, which is why I am staying well away from any of those games on FB as I will never get anything done and I don't have enough time to blog as it is!
I love word games. Another reason I need to withstand the siren song of FB. I spend enough time on Twitter s it is.
I occassionally play Scrabble with my daughter--I've played one game online, years ago. I did enjoy playing chess online.
Can you use "spell checker" when playing? If not, guess I am out.
At least your addiction is mind stimulating.
My addiction of hammock warming is mind atrophying. You go girl.
I never got past four letter words, so Scrabble is out for me. Have fun, but come back we need a daily dish from Kenju!
Sounds like fun, but I also have too much to do right now.
I used to play a few games on FB, but then kinda let that go. I have phases of "addiction" with things. Lately, I've been so busy, I have an entire stack of magazines I can't even get to in the evenings!
I'm a huge word game person Judy....Scrabble, Super Text Twist, and other ones too. I also love jigsaw puzzles. I don't go into rooms, but I have a couple of sites I keep on my desktop for when I have the time.
I am not a scrabble person...sudoku yes. I am also not much of a FB person. I have thought about that and decided I am just not the post right now no one cares that I just flushed twice person. I admit I have been having an affair with Kindle...love her to pieces...she has a name....Candy.
Have you ever played "Upwords"? I prefer that to the regular "Scrabble".
I love all the variations of solitaire, but Scrabble comes in a strong second.
I used to play Literati on Yahoo Games. It is just like Scrabble. I loved playing against others. It can be very addicting!! I haven't played in a long time.
Word games are the absolute BEST!!
Enjoy all your gaming!
Let's be fb friends. I'm on fb as Jamie Dawn Bradley Hood. Invite me to be your friend when you get a chance.
:-)
I am not much good at Scrabble but recently I have been relearning Bridge on Yahoo Games.
I also play "Bookworm" which I downloaded and play sometimes.I also used to play Literati on Yahoo games.
so I forgive you. :)
Oh I wish you hadn't told me about Scrabble on line. Now I will never get anything done. I have been sitting at this keyboard since 7 am and still haven't read all the blogs. If I add Scrabble (which I will)I am doomed.
I like playing Scrabble, but I'm not brilliant at it!
I hope you're having a good weekend.
NetChick sent me to say Hello :)
I"m afraid Facebook is a busy mistress. So many have fallen prey. But I for one refuse to give up blogging and am going to dedicate more effort to reinstating good visiting and blogging habits. :)
But Scrabble... that's hard. THAT is what got me involved on FB.

Everyone I know is playing scrabble on facebook. I'm thinking I should join the fun, but wondering if it would become too big a habit?
I like to find out what everyone is doing...
