That message is the main reason I don't want to use Internet Explorer anymore, and it's my fault that it comes up. At some point while I was downloading/installing an update, I got a page of questions and this was one of them - asking me if I wanted a warning every time a webpage is trying to open a site. I rue the day I checked "yes", even though I didn't really understand the ramifications of it.
I had no idea that it was going to ask me this eight times - yes, you read right - eight times to get into my OWN blog. Can you beat that?
I was hoping that some techie wizards would know where I go to uncheck the original question on this??!! Even though I vastly prefer Firefox, there are times when it is expedient for me to use IE, and I'd like to do so with less aggravation.

I just sent you an email on this. Call if you need help!!!!
Oh heck -- call anyway if you're up! LOL
I'm constantly getting messages I don't understand. I hope Kay had sorted it for you. It's incredible to me how I am still stumbling along.
I too am putting my faith in Kay to have solved your problem. Often, I solve a problem but can't remember what the heck I did.
I never use IE anymore, except to watch Netflix "Watch Now" feature. I hope Kay worked it out for you!
I hate Internet Explorer. Never use it!
Please share the answer when you get one?
I don't use IE anymore...hope you get the help you need!! (I wouldn't know what to do, sorry)
trust is such a hard thing these days.
IE does not trust blogger.
I don't trust congress
I do trust Firefox
and no one trusts that Washington DC can fix the economy that they are ruining.
I'm glad other people had ideas, because I would be lost. Right now my desk holds three computers: two non-working tower types and the craptop.
I don't speak computer language and when I try to fix something I always make it worse because I don't know what the heck I'm doing.
I think computers were built to make us addicted and then to crash to make us crazy.
I hate it when things go awry. Finally (knock on wood) my computer is running well.
Thank you for the great comments on my grand kids stories.
I hope you find some help out there-I'm glad to have a couple of techy types in my office.
i am techyless....I use Firefox, hate IE and only use it to check local weather when i can't look out the window and see what is happening which is never. hope someone helps.
I got a virus on my laptop using IE. A box came up telling me my virus protector was offline and click something to bring it back. Ironic. Plus I couldn't get the message off the screen. Luckily I have a PC too.
I am currently on my iMac.. but I still can't get your pictures or comment area using Safari. Up until a week ago I could.
I noticed that Google has its own search engine that claims to be much faster. They have the beta version out and only for PC right now, but I downloaded it onto my old Dell and I think it is going to be as good or better than firefox!
I've used Firefox almost exclusively from my first computer experiences. Am glad now that I have after reading about your frustration. Hope Kay was able to resolve the issue for you as I wouldn't know what that's about.
