That's what I'd like to say to all candidates, elected officials and media types. I'm SO ready for the vote to be over!

*******

This is probably a very good idea!

Oddly enough, everytime I went to visit my aunt near New Orleans, I always rode my bike over to the house where they were building the Ark. Yep, they were building one. I never knew if it was ever finished, but it would have come in handy!

We used to vacation at the Gulf of Mexico in the summers - all the houses were built on stilts. I always thought that was neat. Although the ark idea might be better! :-)

Two cartoons that could change the world! (If it's out there, Judy will find it.)

It's funny... we were producing the highlights video for a client's show in Hawaii. We were also breaking our editor's balls pretty good, and after I said something that stung him, he said, "Oh, you just opened up a big can of shut the hell up!"

We had never heard that concept before, and we laughed ourselves silly over it.

And it almost seems as thought that FEMA concept could work!

I'm ready for the whole last eight years to be over too! Love the cartoon.

Actually I don't want the candidates to shut up, I want them to SAY SOMETHING instead of talk around everything!

It is only going to get worse. I can barely stand to turn the TV on and listen to the attacks. It is like a shark frenzy in America and I fear for our country.

Funny, just as I clicked on your blog I had hit the mute button the the TV because S. Palin was on the clip...I can't stand any of their voices for one more second.

I'm pretty fed up with the candidates, too. After tomorrow night's debate, I think it'll be time for me to start watching reality shows. They won't make me think or get mad.

Two terrific cartoons.

It will be good to get the election behind us.
This campaign has been way too long, and I think most of us are tired of it.

Those arks make sense for New Orleans and the Gulf Coast.

The negativity this year has got even me ready for tis election to be over with!

ROTFLMAO -- Oh, so true

Yes, I'm another one who can't wait for the election to be over. I am a patient person but I am rude and delete posts lately from conservative friends and family. Mud slinging, be over. I loved the New Orleans FEMA project.

I am definitely ready for it to be Nov. 5th!! Campaigning for 2 years should be illegal. Till then...I will still be getting my opinion down! Beautiful pictures!
