More Odds and Ends

Now that's what I call a hot tub!!

You wouldn't want to occur trouble, would you?

A little beauty among the odds and ends.

Some hi-jinks before graduation.

Feeeeeeeeeed me!

Maybe you should clean it before you die. I'm jes' sayin......

A most gorgeous cluster of butterflies!

EDIT! I stole all these photos, and so I have no idea who took the photos, but we are indebted to them, aren't we?

The cluster of butterflies....how beautiful...the coloring is so gorgeous. And I just love the little 'feed me' birds...all five of them with their little beeks; as well as the bird hovering in flight. Great odds and ends Judy.

"Thanks for your corporation."

So, not only do you have to clean up after you die, you apparently are required to bequeath to them the business you own!

Most would agree that the FINAL EXAMS sign has changed to be right on target.

Who in the world was right there at that moment to capture the photo of the butterflies? I might have been there but I never would have had a camera with me. Unbelievable!

Wonderful pictures Judy.

Judy,

I once worked in an office and the boss thought that the secretaries had too many office supplies stashed in their desks and were ordering more pencils, pens and typewriter ribbon than were necessary.

He thought it would be wise to look through the desks and see what we had in them before ordering more supplies. SO, he put up a giant sign in the office that read:

MR WILKERSON WILL GO THROUGH ALL THE GIRLS DRAWERS ON MONDAY 9/15..

One does have to laugh seeing signs that somehow didn't get translated quite right. Nice of them to warn ya that if ya lean on the gate and knock it down you will be in trouble.

That last photo can't be real...and if it is, that's proof enough that there's a God. How gorgeous!

When I was a teenager the rage was to wear a blouse with Chinese writing on it. I remember wearing one to a Chinese Restaurant. I've never found out what the message on the shirt said but the employees got a huge laugh out of it...at my expense, I'm sure.

I love the butterflies!

The picture in the previous post of the frog and the bat reminded me of coming home today and looking up to see a blackbird swooping into an open point in the trees and the making another pass to snatch a spider on its line in mid-flight. That same bird was obviously hungry because Nate and I heard the panicked buzzing of a cicada and found it... in the bird's beak. Then it was no more.

You always post such interesting things -- some of them are incredibly funny, or beautiful....or though provoking.

Loved them all.
