All you get tonight is Maxine! (At the moment, I look a lot like the woman in the bottom cartoon!!)
I worked 9 hrs. and 40 minutes today; we finished the Mansion and went back to the shop to start the weekend events. Maybe I can post the rest of the photos of the Mansion decor tomorrow. But tonight? It's a hot bath and early to bed. It all starts again tomorrow at 8am.

girl, you do more than I do when you are tired. I would not even open my computer. The trees are very pretty. My, you are very talented.
After all this decorating, is it difficult to get your own done?
Hope you're enjoying the creativity even though you're putting in the long hours. The photos are gorgeous.....would love to see the Mansion when it's all done.

Hello, Judy, Michele sent me to say that I hope you had a restful night's sleep...and that you especially enjoyed that bath!
I sorta echo what Jean said. I know, from being in a job where I must lean heavily on my creativity, I tend to flail helplessly when I have to be creative for myself.
It's sort of like drawing water from a well all day to keep the horses happy, but then, when you're ready to sit down for that cool drink of water for yourself, the well is dry until the next morning, when the horses are thirsty again!
Or maybe it's not.
I love Maxine so no need to apologize:) Especially like how you pointed out which one you were at the moment...good visual:)
Just when I was starting to think you were the Bionic Woman! It is a relief to know you are human. I could not keep up with you for even thirty minutes!

I understand the feeling, though --- I get to spend tomorrow at work from about 9:30 to 6:30 (I basically have to be there from 10 - 6, and it will take half an hour at each end to get odds and ends set up and put away...)

Maxine and other cartoons are always good fill ins for when you've worked yourself to a frazzle.
