A Bit of This and a Bit of That

My granddaughter G___ and her sister's new Chihuahua puppy "Snickerdoodle".
My grandaughter E___ and her puppy. I didn't get a good photo of it, but Doodle's tail has the cutest curl in it, just like a little piglet.

G's___ new puppy "Lucy". Lucy and Doodle were both born on March 15th, but they were bought from different breeders. Lucy has to grow some to catch up!

Doodle tries to play ball. You should know that the basketball is only about 4" across. Doodle weighs 2 lbs. now, and will probably weigh about 5-7 when she is grown. Don't ask me why the carpet showed up as that color! It is actually darker and so are the puppy's spots.

My, those puppies are so cute. I would be afraid to have something so small. I'm afraid I'd step on them.

Very cute puppies! Nice roses too. I wonder if those preaching hate in the name of God have ever stopped to think about that first quote?

Yay! More PUPPIES!
I love the shots Judy. The smiles on your granddaughters faces pretty much say it all.

Beautiful roses too.

aaaaawwwwww..... the puppies are so adorable!! And the quotes are beautiful. I hope that the day when we all recognize that all life is sacred comes soon.

Thank you for the anniversary wishes. It is always so fun to hear other people's "time lines" as well.

More proof that baby anythings are cute! ;-) I am so NOT a small dog person, but okay, Doodle is very cute. More importantly, look at those beautiful granddaughters! They have so much life and sparkle in their eyes. And you know I'm a sucker for roses. I'm getting ready to plant my new garden beds in the courtyard but, between the shade and choosing plants that go well in a small walled space I don't think a rose will make the cut. Too bad- I miss mine from Michigan SO much. So keep posting pictures of yours throughout the season please!

My fat cat can take that little pooch! (but she is too lazy and busy pricking the fabric of my desk chair)

I think the money should disclaim their relationships with us.

Is there anything better than photos of lovely girls and precious pups? No, I don't think so!

Lovely roses, too.

Judy, I am going to show the picture of the basketball and puppy to Max. That latex ball was from Petsmart...wasn't it? This is Max's favorite toy.. we have literally gone through five of them. He will play with other shapes, but this is almost always in his pictures. He sees the camera or someone coming to walk him and he gets his toy. How cute are these pictures? Amazingly cute.. love the tail!

They are so perfect, the kids and the puppies both. I've got 15 dogs (not a typo, I breed chihuahuas) at my house, 6 of which are under 6 months in age, and I never get tired of seeing and playing with and smelling the sweet smells of puppies. The icky smells I could do without; but someone has to do it and I'll take the good with the bad anyday. That goes for the kids as well. And those roses are too much. Makes me wish I had a green thumb.
