1. Put 400 bricks in a closed room.
2. Put your new hires in the room and close the door.
3. Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours.
4. Then analyze the situation:
a. If they are counting the bricks, put them in the accounting department.
b. If they are recounting them, put them in auditing.
c. If they have messed up the whole place with the bricks, put them in engineering.
d. If they are arranging the bricks in some strange order, put them in planning.
e. If they are throwing the bricks at each other, put them in operations.
f. If they are sleeping, put them in security.
g. If they have broken the bricks into pieces, put them in information technology.
h. If they are sitting idle, put them in human resources.
i. If they say they have tried different combinations, they are looking for more, yet not a brick has been moved, put them in sales.
j. If they have already left for the day, put them in marketing.
k. If they are staring out of the window, put them in strategic planning.
l. If they are talking to each other, and not a single brick has been moved, congratulate them and put them in top management.
Finally, if they have surrounded themselves with bricks in such a way that they can neither be seen nor heard from, put them in Congress! (LOLOLOL)

Kenju,
Pretty darn funny! Except I think I should be offended by "H," the jab at Human Resources. But I'm not. Hmmmm... Oh, and "L," the one about Top Management? I didn't think any of the people in top management ever talked to each other. Now, if not a single brick had been moved and they were talking to themselves . . .
John
Hahahahaha!
Good one!
Huggles and Love,
Raggedy
hilarious! i've never worked in the "corporate" world, but i hear about it through my husband.....
Hilarious.
But what if they throw them at YOU when you open the door?
(Michele sent me today.)
Love it! I am sending it to the sarcasgirls. They will et a chuckle.
LOL, LOL, LOL...A GOOD one, Judy! And I like that picture, too...at first quick glance it looked like broken up candy---definitely something to eat....but then...LOL!
Where do you find these wonderful things? This one really hits the nail right on the head---especially in that last one.
Lol! Hilarious! My work place resembles the last two!
Michele sent me for a laugh before I go to bed!
Aw gee, Kenju. You're a good old brick.
And I'm a gold brick.
Hahahah
That was really funny!
thanks for the chuckle.
Michele sent me today.
Are those hollow bricks? Are bricks hollow now? This was very funny. Pretty true about the corporate world, specially upper management... I still can't get over the hollow bricks...
Back again... Those bricks... I can't get the fairytale of the Three Little Pigs out of my head... If that third little pig had used HOLLOW bricks, the old wolf might have been able to kick the house down, if not blow it down...
funny post i like it
Ha! This was great. Thanks for the early morning chuckle.
That is funny....they looked like Pez candy when the page first loaded! :)
