Note: I have been reading blogs this afternoon, and I cannot leave a comment everywhere I would like. For all of you who have comment moderation, the comment block is not showing the letters to type (it is blank, with the red X). Ordinarily, when that happens, I click preview and the letters pop-up, but that is not happening today. So if you didn't get a comment from me - that is why.

Judy, when I have this problem, I type the wrong verification (any ole letters) and hit enter, and it then finally shows a new verification. It has been happening to me for a few weeks, and this always works for me.

When I get to these "Captcha" thingies I find it bloomin' difficult to see what the letters and numbers are. Maybe we should invent a device to read them ?

Hi Judy. I had the same problem. Must be a Blogger glitch. Either that, or the Conspiracy is in action!

Fart? What is that? Certainly not something a woman would do is it? We are far too genteel and proper...must be a man thing.

Thanks for the laugh Judy :).

I noticed the same thing when I was online last night, Judy.

Frankly, there's no need to have captchas enabled if comment moderation is also activated. As soon as Blogger added comment moderation to its feature set, I turned the captchas off for good. I hate them...I think they make life unnecessarily difficult on visitors.

Also if the comment page gets hung while loading and I type my comment... it either won't post or it will suddenly erase the whole thing. Annoying.

I love this poster.. sooooo right... all it takes is once....

Great cartoons. Of course the Uk has just introduced new penalties for people using mobile phones when driving so it's quite topical over here.
