They're easy to spot aren't they. Head tilted to the side, oblivious to their surroundings and driving ten miles per hour UNDER the limit. Aaaarrrgh!

So true!! so funny and sad at the same time, I can't understand those people I see everyday talking on their cell phones while driving...

Since I am still learning to drive here in the UK, I can honestly say that I do NOT talk on my cell (or mobile as they call it here) while driving.

Great cartoons Judy and thanks for your comment to me. It is nice to know that you are thinking of me when you see things! :) Very cool!

Hi Kenju. Nice cartoons. It's such a difficult issue isn't it. There are obviously many conerns as to how this law can be enforced.
i just think that given time, talking on your phone whilst driving will become a social faux pas.
In a few years, people won't do it anymore, rather like drinking and driving (although some people still do that).
It is a very important issue though.

Sometimes I wish I had an old beater with a railroad tie on the front for a bumper. I'd be getting a lot of those driver's attention.

Well, blogger seems to be out of its bad mood today...but I had made a really good fart comment that is floating out there somewhere....it does drive me crazy when I see someone talking and driving. What did these folks do before cell phones? How did they manage grocery shopping without talking on the phone, cruising the aisles in Wallie World, in the doc's office waiting room?

I never talk on the phone when driving. Never. Oy.
Thanks for the laughs!

Those cartoons certainly make THE point, don't they?!
I don't use my cell phone while I'm driving unless someone calls me, then I do answer it.
