Morning Has Broken

I loaded these in the proper order, but they didn't post that way. The 2nd photo should be first.

We just returned from three days at Carolina Beach; a well-deserved respite after my heavy work last week. The sun rise was incredibly beautiful both days, and I was lucky enough to record some of it. Enjoy!

The photos don't do it justice. The sun was an orange ball - so beautiful!

Watching the sun rise is always a very special experience, and it always looks so magnificent rising out of the water!
I'm glad you had a few wonderful days to relax and unwind!

I am so glad you took some time to just enjoy. I adore sunrises and sets and over the water is perfect.
The waters looked so calm after having recently hosting a hurricane.

Judy, I've been meaning to tell you. If you use Blogger to post pictures it does this. If you load one at a time, it will put the last one you load in the first position. It allows you to load 4 and they will be in the right order but after that it is one at a time. Then they will be added one by one and the last will always be stuck in the 1st position.

I use Picasa to load mine. It still only lets me load four. But I just put any extra into a second draft post and then copy and paste the HTML into the real post.

With Blogger, you can move your pictures around... just have to copy and paste the HTML for the picture you want moved to where you want it.

I know, that was as clear as mud. Sorry.
These are just lovely, no matter what order they are in.

You certainly did earn some time off to relax and recharge after the wedding blitz. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

These are beautiful Judy...and something special to see in person; which I'm sure does it more justice.

Glad you had a great time at Carolina Beach--I grew up about 6 miles north of the Snow's Cut Bridge--in the Myrtle Grove Sound area.

These picture bring back so many memories. Since I was a little kid, my family take vacations at the Outer Banks, and I always got up before sunrise and enjoyed the sun coming up over the water. You're right, the photos don't do it justice, but since my photos always came out the same way, I can almost feel the ocean breeze and hear the seagulls!

I haven't been there in about five years; time to plan another trip!

You took some beautiful shots at the beach. I haven't been to Carolina Beach in some time but I like it. I'm catching up on your post. I enjoyed seeing the flowers you arranged for the wedding and then your vacation shots.
