Our hotel, the Marriott Courtyard in Carolina Beach, NC; a very nice, small hotel (160 rooms) with free internet in the lobby and a good breakfast buffet!
I did scroll down, my dear...And this place looks really WONDERFUL! I hope it was not gloomy the whole time you were there---But, even if it was, just getting away had to be so terrific...! I love the shape of the pool....It looks like you could do laps if that is what you want to do.... I LOVE the Birds....It is so sweet to see them fly about, isn't it?
Not sure which one to leave a comment on so I am following your lead. Those pictures from high are neat but scare me even in print. Also, where I am from, something the size of that hotel has a mayor. Hope you got sand between you toes and enjoyed the down time
