Amen again!!! I read one of her last books and how she came to be a primate researcher was merely determination and luck. Yet, she was so smart and didn't let all the 'trained' scientists dissuade her.
I attended a lecture by Jane Goodall in the Tucson Convention Center Music Hall and the auditorium was full. The cameras focused on my friend and I and I was aware of it. I always wondered what happened to that video.
Funny you should post this. I had that exact conversation with some Korean friends yesterday, speaking about their (unfriendly) neighbors to their north. Hopefully one day!
