Those are all so pretty - I love the tulips. But those thistles look a bit prickly to arrange!!

Beautiful but the Fujii one gets my vote.
Off topic my other horticultural expert - Kevin - says the plant is Pieris and if you get your nose right in smells of heather honey. Just off to have a sniff. Thanks for your effort.xox

Ooh, ooh, I want a Fuji chrysanthemum. That is a neat looking bloom. Need to hit Google on that one.

I believe I have a new favorite flower called the Raspberry Rose. It looks good enough to pour chocolate sauce over it and eat it!

I have yellow and purple calla in the front... they don't come back up until June. Just planted scabosia, holyhocks (seedlings coming up), and a bunch of herbs. I got some lambs ears, wax begonias and dahlias yesterday among other things. Planting never ends....

I left the patio light on last night and the beaver did not return... no roses dug up.

On the comment form... where you type the comment there is a "Login" tab. Clicking on that gives a drop down menu and at the bottom is the "My Site" button to click and add the URL. It only requires this once. Haloscan used to have it in an obvious place. Blogger doesn't link to the website, only to the profile page and then sometimes people don't put the website in there or there are multiple sites to choose from. I'm lazy, like to just click on the name and get to the visitor's site. Also, Blogger won't import my Haloscan old comments but Echo did and keeps it up to date with the Blogger comments. What good is that? I don't know. Someday, someone will make a simple, easy, system for those of us who don't want all the fancy frills.

beautiful--that's the prettiest thistle I've seen, I'm normally trying to pull up that stuff.

Oh my, a flower feast! My faves are the raspberry roses and the mini calla lilies. Just gorgeous.

I hope you are well, Judy. Sorry to not have been by in a while - doing lots of other things while on vacation this week and the weather has been quite nice for doing yard work.

This Friday, The Nudes will feature the works of a wonderful woman painter from China. Lovely stuff! Hope you can make it!

Ciao!

Well, Judy, you certainly named this post right!

Feast your eyes! I did and I really enjoyed not only looking at the beautiful blooms, but also learning their names was perfect.

Thanks!
