We will make the trip from Florida to Vermont soon--seeing springtime in reverse. These kinds of blooms are a good month away in Vermont. But, are we ever glad to see them when they do appear!
Every year when I see the daffodils bloom I curse myself for not planting any last year. They are so bright and cheery. Now, my henbit are taking over and I really hate that first mow that will kill them for the year.

My daffodils are just buds, but things are growing. Lovely pictures. I love when the flowers come back.
My daffys are just beginnng as buds but there is some lovely little weed in the grasses that is blooming prolifically!
I wouldn't have thought we were ahead of you. I must brush up my geography. America is such a big and varied land to get a handle on.
At least you have a few pretty flowers. I'll be glad to see some around here (soon, I hope!)
