Since acquiring my daughter's old couch during her move, one of my cats has declared it her territory. I spread an old blue polar fleece blanket over it, since black hair and kitty litter are not good looking on a mostly white sofa. If there is a sunbeam anywhere to be had, Storm will be in the midst of it!

Thanks to everyone who commented or captioned that odd photo I posted yesterday. All of you did better than I thought possible!

Storm looks zaftig to me. I am embracing the soft, comfortable look myself. I fought it but realized it was like fighting cat hair if you're a kitty.
A very very sweet picture of your dear Storm! Isn't it funmy how cats will find a NEW spot almost immediately....! I love it!

I love that sentence. Maybe that's why I don't have a cat - one too many.
Storm is such a pretty kitty!!!!
Purchase a Pledge Pet Hair remover. They last for ages and do a fantastic job getting pet hair off furniture.
Cats do know just how and where to settle to be comfy, don't they. And they make such nice pictures.
Cats just know how to live, don't they.
That is one calm storm! Who wouldn't like a comfy spot in the sun.
I can so relate. All my furniture is covered to protect it from my furry ones. I could have pure junk underneath since no one sees it who drops in unexpectedly.
Storm looks pretty comfy Judy....and very sweet. They do love that sun, don't they? ~Joy
Cats do have such an uncanny knack for finding the warmest and most comfy spot. Storm looks perfectly content.
Cats will find the place where their hair will show up the most.... that will become their favorite place. Storm looks very content.
Awwww...
Storm has that look that says "If you think I'm moving from here you've got another think coming. See my paw, well it has claws!" :D
Beautiful...isn't it amazing how a cat can make an otherwise bland piece of furniture look like a royal sofa?
