The recovery period after over-eating is taking longer than I ever thought possible. I have no motivation to do much of anything except sleep. What's your remedy?

Give in! lol!
Loved the child proof one and taking out the husband. Think I have a mean streak.
As for over eating, I fast for one day since I really don't need any more calories or have room to put them anyway.
Judy: you just gotta get out there and walk:)
Over eating...THE GUILT!! I just try not to eat much the next day Judy. And...though I'm guilty of NOT following through with this all the time....it's good to get out and get some exercise. Huh, I need to practice what I preach.
Funny, I didn't really do badly on eating too much Easter dinner this year....as I did on nibbling on junk AFTER the dinner.
Good ones! For me, it's been a few mini naps this morning, an extra cup of coffee and I'm hoping the hot shower I'm about to take will wash it all away! Fingers crossed... :-)
Did you eat too many jelly beans? This too shall pass.
You're asking ME? My sleep patterns are so seriously screwed up I may never be right again!
Remedy? There's a remedy? I agree....take a nap.
Why do we need a remedy? Just take that nap. Zzzzz!
Wonderful quotes! The brought a smile.
"Easy Street"? Has anyone found it?
Perfect - I love those.
