Pretty photo, cute cartoon and an ego boost for me and my super brain surfing the net :)

It's like Bill Watterson saw all this coming right down to the last nail in the economic coffin.

Thanks for your vote, Judy!

I LOVED Calvin & Hobbes, and was PISSED OFF when Watterson shut it down. But, MAN! That strip hit the nail. On. The. Head!

Great photo Judy.

We are planning a bloogers meet-up in Northern Ireland next month. I am so looking forward to it.

That C & H is just as good today as it was when first run. I miss that cartoon.

Love the photo!

Love the cartoon!

Doubt the facts of brain exercise in blogging. Somehow it makes me feel like a zombie vegetable.

That cartoon must be a mini-Madoff!! LOL! I swear by the "brain" theory. My kids chew me out for being on the computer ALL the time. "To bad kiddos...mom is getting smarter and will now live longer!" have a great weekend.

I miss Calvin and Hobbes--you're right, that comic strip speaks to our age. As for the pic, the next time I have my eyes closed for the camera, I'm using your line. I hope you enjoyed your time at the town of my birth :)

If I'd seen the photo I would have paid you any amount to scrap it !!

Judy, you never fail to take a good photo. I always loved Calvin and Hobbes. He pretty much hit the nail on the head with that one.

I'm like Kay. I think I'll print that post and put it above my computer or take it with me wherever I go. When I told my friends I had my computer with me, they said, "What?" I thought, "Why not?" Now I know I have good reason, besides keeping track of everyone.

It's like the car companies adn banks saw that cartoon adn said, 'I think I have an idea..' LoL!

Love the photo Judy, I hope you all had a lovely time. Thanks for popping by and seeing my 'D' meme already. I had great fun doing it and y'know I think we'd get along well if we lived on the same continent too :)
