What a sweet looking little boy - mr. kenju at age five. You should have heard his mother tell stories of how incorrigible he was! In this photo, he appears to be on the lookout for someone; probably hoping they won't find out about his last act of treachery! If you knew him, you could see this look on his face often.
The woman on the left resembles mr. kenju's aunt, but I doubt she was old enough to be dressing like these woman did. How about those helicopter hats? Looks like they could fly with only a little wind. Considering the holes in it, it appears that someone has used that photo for target practice!
This looks like it came from the WW1 era, given the hats that the soldiers were wearing. I think they called the soldiers doughboys back then, didn't they? We don't know anyone in this photo either, but it is possible that one of the children is a relative.

Great photos!!!!!
I love old photos - Mr. Kenju looks like the angel he is today - just trying to make points in case I ever get to meet him! and you, of course.
What fun to look through your family photos!!
Old photos can tell so many stories. Were those uniforms that the women wore?
(My word verfication is mantent...ha)
Mr. Kenju looks so cute (yet sneaky) in that picture!

I see you added Reactions to your blog.
I had to remove Reactions from my blog because non-Blogger account users could not leave comments on my blog.

You have some of the most amazing family photos!
Those are wonderful photos. I love looking at our old family pictures.
Old family photos are such a treasure. Thanks for sharing them with us.
Mr. Kenju was a cutie; I wonder if that helped him get out of some scrapes! :-)
Little angels can turn into little devils at the drop of the hat. I wonder what that cute little angel has done.
I have old photos and don't know who they were. Too bad better records weren't kept.
That first photo is excellent. I always love the use of the word 'incorrigable'. More of this!
That is one cute guy you got Judy!
I wonder if the outfits of the two ladies are early Salvation Army Uniforms?
Funny how you can tell the approximate age of a photo by the hats people wear? Great photos. Loved little Mr. Kenju. He did look sweet!
Well, one of them bouncing babies could be Mr. Kenju. Maybe.
We certainly called them dough boys in WW2. 'Over sexed, over paid and over here'. Sadly I was too young.
The aunts look almost as if they could be in fancy dress - a sort of Russian uniform and the hats the men wear look a bit Australian. Mr Kenju looks a scamp:)

I love old photos too. wonder which cousin the babies are. if only we could match them to living people now. I should label my photos with proper full names of people.
I love the helicopter hats. :)

(apparently so did blogger, as my word verification was "hootest")
Those hats are funny looking.
Little Mr. Kenju is SO cute!!
It does look as if he was a handful, but the fact that he was so cute probably got him out of a lot of the punishment he deserved.
:-)
