haha I like the answer above, but my thinking is that they could both be part of a single, very rustic-style doorknob. OR... the one on the left is an elephant and the one on the right? If you Google (image) "extraordinary chickens" ... that's what that might be! hahah

I think it's a really weary elephant....A picture of his tired trunk on left side and the right side is his fanny & tail.
