These are incredible, but they remind me of building sandcastles which dissolve at high tide. When the vegetables rot--but I guess I'm not being very in the now, am I"

What beautiful carvings, and healthy too! :) It seems a shame that they would eventually perish.

I wouldn't want to be the one to eat one. I feel sad that they will eventually shrivel and rot. My brother used to make ice sculptures.

Is that one guy naked? Or is it my eyesight that's gone astray?

LOL! If he is, it'd be really hard to eat that one with a straight face ;D

Amazing! I can't even cut a straight line!!! Hmmm - yes, I was a little afraid of the post title too!

It asks, "How do they do that?" Well, with a VERY tiny knife, clearly.

Phenomenal stuff! And yes, your post title scared me a bit. But then I thought no, this is Kenju, not Pointmeister.

And thanks for reminding me about my infrequent posting. I appreciate the fact that someone noticed!

WOW...I'd give my eye teeth to be that creative. Does making salads out of them count for anything?

Very cool! Of course, the title didn't scare me away... But, I'm not really "right", either. LOL.

Food Art is amazing! Wish I had that particular talent. Carving a turkey? No problem. Carving a statue out of my vegetables...Nope.
