Odds and Ends

A crate of seashells. Click to embiggen (I hope).

Talk about your specialty wood carvers! I stole this from somewhere. Hope they don't mind.

This ever happen to you?

Moo Shu Pork

The kenju's in the 80's. Taken in Richmond, VA

Are two heads better than one?
I don't know if this is real or not, but if it's real, it points out some of what's wrong with our environment. Poor little guy(s).

Moo SHOE Pork!! Great!!

Those poor turtles would be in a tug of war all their lives. If I was in that situation, I'd give up and let the other guy do all the work and just drag me around.

I think we've ALL experienced the horror of a stinky bathroom. We also ALL have been the stinker too.
Hitonious, either way!!

Thanks for the info about the Marriott timeshare. I'll make my decision after our 24 hour drive home, and after I see what my bonus is this year. ;)

Hey, Judy. Popped in from Bob-Kat's sidebar.

The turtle photo reminds me of a live turtle in the custody of the Missouri Department Of Conservation. When it was young, it's shell was caught in a plastic six-pack ring someone had discarded into a river. It's shell grew into an hourglass shape because of it.

We need these reminders to encourage us to care about our stewardship of the planet.

Cheers.

Good pics, Judy. The seashells are beautiful, I keep a big bowl of them in my bathroom - shells that I have collected through the years.

The turtles, I guess animals can be conjoined just like humans. And how about the calf that was born a while back that had two faces..
