I just read about your plumbing problem in the post below and thought, OH NO!
It's too bad we don't live closer, we could come over and help you out somehow. What a most frustrating thing to happen!! Be sure to let us know what happens with that. You sure do need some stress relief. :(
I got this too. How sweet is that? I love that. My sister was an int'l cat show judge and breeder, and she always told me how sweet and affectionate orange tabbies are. It's part of their make-up. Our little Oboe fits the profile as well.
This photo just shows the truth of biology. We are all animals...and once we accept that and quit thinking we are the king of the jungle...maybe life will be easier. (Sorry, the photo WAS inspirational...only liberals respect cross species love.)
Darling Judy, It always means so much when you comment. You're so faithful and compassionate---even when you respond to a recital of my trivial sugar fiasco! I'm not always able to post or comment but I want to assure you that if it were possible, I'd announce: "Judy, I'm waiting for you at Starbucks. Let's latte, laugh and do lunch later"---If only I could!! Your devoted, lucyd

Awww that is so sweet! Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend!
I think I had read about that cat before, but it was so good to be reminded of it again. Amazing animal friends.
Stories like that always amaze me.
I think it's wonderful when animals dash our preconceived notions of their enmity - and then do something really remarkable!!!!
Very sweet, indeed. :)
