Oh wow, one is better than the other. I like the one on forgiveness, but the third one is especially important. I know.

" I believe that you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you will see them."

How true, Judy. The last time I saw my beloved sister in law , we were leaving after a visit to her home in Florida. She said to me, "I'll miss you,Nance" And I replied,"I'll miss you too, Tess. Give me a big hug."

I never saw her again. She died very suddenly of a heart attack two days later.

I'll always remember and treasure that last hug and the affectionate words we exchanged.....

I thought to myself this evening --- let's go visit Michele's --- and as I clicked to go there, I thought, maybe it will be Judy's site! And it was!
Love the quotes:-)

And of course, Michele sent me this time....

Sweet babies and wise sayings indeed- that's fun. And congrats on the Powerful Words award-no one deserves it more than you, Judy. Hope the New Year has started smoothly for you. Take care.

I love the forgiveness quote, too. That's one of my biggest problems. Thanks for sharing, I will add these to my quote book. Michele sent me.

The last photo is my favorite. My favorite quote, though, is on how long it takes to become the person you want to be. It's a lifetime's work.

Here from Michele's.

Oh I miss that baby smell too!

My son left the World Trade Center a half hour before the plane hit on 9/11 - some of his co-workers were killed. Every since that day I never let him leave for work without saying I love him. Even if I have to call his cell to say so. He used to be very blase about that but since that day he makes an effort to always leave people with a kind word.

All these years later and we all still do it. A small gift from a terrible day.
