Well, hello there, little buddy!

I got these pics in email also. Supposedly, they are the truth, and not fixed up in a photo program. I didn't copy the wording that came with it, but some well-known nature photographer snapped them when he was on a mission to get photos of polar bears. I think the bear must have been well-fed, otherwise, I cannot imagine her doing what she did - and lying down in the subserviant pose like that one below. Wonders never cease, do they?

Cute, although, you do always wonder with these days of doctoring photos if they are real.

How cool if it were true.

I'm not going to try to see if they're not, because it's much better to believe that they are.

The herd of deer under the trampoline cracked me up.

Those type of pictures always amaze me, Judy. To answer your comment on my latest blog...you can click on www.huneck.com and it brings up a complete website concerning Stephen Huneck and his artwork.

Polar bear plays with dog?

Playing with your food, huh?

What kind of cruel person would chain up a dog next to a polar bear?!

I'd free the dog, chain up the person, and smear him or her with BBQ sauce.

Well, photoshopped or not, they are very cute!

The first thought I had when I saw the deer pic was about their antlers going up into that trampoline, too!

That is pretty amazing. I think they're probably real, though I have a friend who would check them out on snopes.com if she got it in her email box. They do come from the same cold zone....

I saw these last month. I thought they were cute but amazing that the bear didn't inhale the dog!

This really is quite surprising.
And ... I have to wonder... how brave the dog owner is, or how foolish to take such a chance. But it is very amazing and heartwarming.
