I think all of these were taken in or around Surfer's Paradise, which my daughter says looks like Las Vegas with an ocean. The second one is the view of the hotel pool from her balcony. I love the colors in the ocean. I could gaze at it for hours!
Hi Judy ~~ Great Australian photos. Surfers is very commercialized and not a popular place with many Aussies but visitors seem to love it. The beaches are great. T do hope your hand is much better by now - how easily we can hurt ourselves. Glad you didn't drop the Pork meal. Take care, Love, Merle.
Judy - Looks like they stayed in the same place we did. In fact I have almost that same picture taken from our room in the Marriott at Surfers. I tell everyone Surfers was like New York City on Miami Beach. Brings back sweet memories for me at any rate! ~ jb///
Like you Judy, I am memzmerized by the ocean...it is hypnotizing in a way....And the colors are GORGEOUS! It looks like the East Coast of Florida to me too....I mean the Ocean part.... That pool at the hotel is most unusual....like a little slice of the ocean, from the way it looks in the picture. Wonderful pictures!
