Happy Easter and a Request

You won't find any chocolate bunnies here, but there are plenty of other edible animals for your viewing pleasure. The creativity never ceases to amaze me! Top: a red pepper bunny

Orange and kumquats

Bok Choy fishies

Avocado piggy

Spilled ice cream?

Eggplant penguins

Endive and pepper duck

Veggie Medley

Green pepper froggies

cauliflower and black olive sheep

Mushroom kids on a see-saw made of rhubarb

A sweet potato mouse? Where's his tail?

Do me a favor? Tomorrow is Ronni Bennett's birthday. Please go and wish her a happy one......

Those are beautiful! I've seen similar before, a friend who's son is in culinary arts college sent me a set of similar ones, they were very impressive, but these were so cute!

Amazing what can be done with vegetables besides eating them!

Always get exceptional joy from your posts along these lines. Continues to amaze me how creative folks can be....with almost anything.

Just want I needed on a cold snowy April morning. That last one looks like a guinea pig to me, so no tail needed. Thanks! Happy Easter!

These are so fabulous... I know which one is your favorite... the frogs... wouldn't they look good as garnishes on a vegetable tray? Well I might have to rethink that. Some might be a tad grossed out but I think they are great!

Neat neat pics! Love them all ... but the penguins and sheep are my faves. Those little stick on eyes could really come in handy to get the creative juices flowing. My daughter does claymations (videotapes them too, which takes tons of time and patience) ... I'll bet she'd love to get some of those eyeballs! Hoping your Easter was happy.
