UPDATE: the cable remote is working again! Yay! The repairman said they had a batch of bad remotes from the mfg. and I must have gotten 2 in a row. Bummer.
Can you bill the cable company for your time and annoyance?
I hope that, in the end, the pizza was good. Sometimes, frozen is not half-bad! If you make it to the Great White North anytime soon, you'll have to try McCain's Delisio frozen pizzas. So much lighter and fresher than the oily fatty stuff from the local pizzeria.

We've had 5 DVRs since August. One only lasted a day. Cable equipment seems to be dicey. LOL.
