Bradford Pear Trees

Yesterday I mentioned trying to get some photos of all the blooming things around here. My friend Alice (whose daughter Anna takes wonderful photos) proved she can take some good ones as well. She sent these pics in email, which she took this week here in town. Don't I have good friends??!!

I may still try to get some photos and post them tomorrow. Have a great weekend!

Very nice. I am a frequent visitor over at Anna as well. I guess she comes by here talent honestly!

Michele sent me in over this morning... in the pre-dawn hours no less!

Lovely blossom! It looks like candy floss strewn accross the branches :-)

Ooh, pretty. I don't think I've ever seen a pear tree in blossom before! Cool. :)

You have great friends with daughters who have great photographic eyes, Judy.

It's too early for the blossoms to be breaking out this far north, but you've shown us that it's coming our way, and I can't wait.

I can practically smell the freshness in the air!

Hi Judy..
Great pictures!

A mutual blogging friend sent me your way to see the pictures. I really like having all my windows open this time of year, even though everything in the place ends up coated in yellow... :-)

Thank for the compliment Judy. I thought they looked like clouds they were so white and fluffy. I could never compete with Anna's pictures but it doesn't stop me from taking them. Love, Alice

Thanks for sharing the pictures with others, Judy. I had been seeing them for several days and finally remembered to get the camera. Alice

I LOVE Bradford Pear trees.

Those are pretty, Judy. All the Bradford Pear trees that I see already have some leaves coming out which ruins that white purity thing. Cherry trees seem nicer right now.
