I make it a point to go to banff everytime I visit family. It's really a wonderfull place to visit if ever u have the chance. I stayed at the Jasper Fairmont Lodge and they had elk walking around. In the UK...I love that the elk have their own road. In the UK you will often see bridges crossing a motorway from a field to a filed. They were built so that farmers could safely move their cattle.
